Notification of Lock-Down and Evacuation Drills
September 17, 2018

Dear Parents,

We have September 17, 2018 set aside for our Lock-Down and Evacuation drills.  Both drills will be done in the morning.  Teachers will review the procedures with their students so they will know what to expect.

To help our school achieve our goals for these safety drills, we ask that you assure your child that, though it is important, they should not be afraid.

The drill will start at approximately 10:00 a.m.  No one will be able to enter or leave the campus during the entire drill.  If there is a need to sign your child out the morning of September 17, 2018, please do so before 9:45 a.m. or after 10:30 a.m. to avoid a conflict.

This documentation is mandatory before your child may start school):

  1. 1.  Birth Certificate:  this must be a state or county issued original or certified copy.
  2. 2.  Proof of Residency:  in the form of a current utility bill, house closing papers  or rental contract.
  3. 3.  Current Immunizations:  please contact the school health office for information regarding immunizations.
